Sometimes insight alone often isn't enough. Your brain can understand something but you’re still stuck and nothing changes.

Most approaches to counselling work at the level of thinking.

We look at what's happening underneath, in your nervous system, your attachment patterns, the way your body has learned to protect you.

When we work at both levels, things start to move.

How we work

Sessions are 50 minutes, via Telehealth.

No waiting room. No commute. Private and accessible from wherever you are .

I use a mix of approaches that focus on emotions, the connection between your mind and body, and how we relate to others.

What we do depends on what you need and how you process things.
There’s no set program or formula. No homework unless it truly helps. We’ll find what works together.


Unlike short-term or EAP services, there's no session cap and no fixed programme . We work at the pace and depth that your situation needs.

  • Yes. What you share stays between us, within standard professional and legal boundaries.

  • There’s no fixed timeline.

    Some people come for a short period to work through something specific. Others stay longer as deeper patterns emerge. We take it one step at a time.

  • You don’t need to be in crisis. If something feels heavy, stuck, or harder than it should be, that’s reason enough to talk to someone. Most people reach out when staying the same starts to feel harder than getting support.
