50-minute telehealth sessions

We start by getting clear on what brings you here. You tell me what life looks like right now. I help organise what feels messy so it becomes workable.

Pricing (The Numbers)

Standard session: $120 $94.50
For a limited time my rates are discounted to establish my private practice.

What’s Included

A 50-minute session, a secure telehealth link, and follow-up resources when helpful.

How Payment Works

All payments are handled through the secure client portal. You will receive an invoice after each session, and you have 7 days to settle it.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, give 24 hours notice and there’s no charge. With less than 24 hours, the full fee applies unless it is a genuine emergency.

How to Book

You can create an account booking portal, select a time that works for you, and that’s it! You will get a confirmation email with your Telehealth link.

Before Your First Session

You get a confirmation email, the intake form and everything you need. You do not have to prepare anything. Just show up as you are, and we begin putting the pieces together.
